Use this page to report a calculator error, suggest a correction, ask where a figure comes from, make a privacy request or send a general question. Email contact@macroscalc.net and we will reply when a reply is needed.
There is no contact form on purpose: the site collects no data of its own, and email is the only channel. To help us check an error quickly, include the page URL, the inputs you used and the result you saw.
What to Send Us

We do not need your name, and you should not send medical records or health conditions. Verified errors are corrected, dated and, if they affect a constant, recorded in the change log on the methodology page.
What We Cannot Do
We cannot give individual dietary or medical advice, review your meal plan or interpret a diagnosis. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are managing an eating disorder, a doctor or registered dietitian is the right contact.
We do not accept paid reviews, sponsored placements in the calculator results, or requests to change a formula in exchange for payment. Advertising on the site is described in the advertising disclosure.
Who Reads the Mail
Messages are read by James Smith, who writes the guides and maintains the calculator. Read how corrections are handled in the editorial policy, or go back to the macro calculator.
Your email address is used only to reply, as described in the privacy policy.
